      Started out as a backpacker traveling in Viet-Nam, chef Jimmy got inspired by the culture and cuisine.
      From the people and the regions that he had visited, he took the inspiration of flavors to create his seasonal dishes.

      Chef Jimmy speciality is his “Phở”.
      The techniques and flavors were influenced by his paternal grandmother.
      A mixed combination of the “Northern” and “Southern” styles phở.
      The techniques passed down from his grandmother since 1944 in the family that he still applied and use it for his phở today.

      Chef Jimmy and his team believe in hositality and teamwork to provide the best experiences to our customers.
      Without our customer’s support there will be none of us.
      Every seasonal dish has a story behind it, from the people or the regions that it comes from.
      Chef Jimmy hopes he could share his experiences in Vietnam through the food that he created.
